in Bangkok welcomes vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers to every class. We  deliver a fun but professional level of  cooking classes and cookery lessons on the culinary arts, fruit carving, Thai & European cuisines. Both vegan and meat recipes are available in every class. Also available are private cooking classes, intensive culinary arts courses, bakery and from scratch cookery lessons.

 

As a CSI, Cooking Schools Intl. affiliate school we are actively involved in promoting quality culinary arts instruction, in a relaxed recreational learning atmosphere.

 

You can take in the 5 hour  9 am group fruit sculpture and vegetable carving class where all skill levels are welcome in every class.

 

Or the 4 hour 10 am group Thai gourmet traditional cuisine cookery class. Class includes trip to the market, return to learn the preparation techniques, then you are guided through the cooking technique and you sit down to eat that dish then prepare, cook eat each of the 5 dishes plus you learn an additional 5 dishes so you leave knowing 10 Thai dishes.

 

Other culinary arts class options include: European gourmet cookery class, bakery course, and cooking lessons where you can learn to make foods from scratch (noodles, tofu, roti, pizza, etc.) and intensive and private courses. This school also teaches the CSIHB home based business cooking school course and offer school setup consultant services.

We love having children in our classes. Our youngest student was 6 yrs old and learned to make bread while other children have learned to make gourmet Thai cuisines.
