1. Daily Group Class Thai cuisine represents the most chosen by students. 2. All class prices are shown in the local currency of the school and are subject to change unless pre-paid. 3. Payment: on-line reserved booking requires a deposit in the amount of 50% of the classes being booked with the balance payable in full 30 days prior to the reservation request. 4. Refunds: are given only when we cancel the class. The refund will be by the method of our receiving payment. I.e. credit card refund goes back to the credit card. Except where country p[olitics prevent same. 5. Each school can have their own schedule for classes offering CSI Menu Sets. 6. The head chef of each CSI school has received CSI teacher training. 7. Class prices may vary school to school reflecting the costs of doing business in that area and whether the school is air conditioned or open air class or home based. 8. Each Thai Menu Set consists of 5 preset Thai dishes so all CSI affiliated schools teach the same product. 9. Each Western cuisine class is 4 dishes. 10. Each class is near 4 hrs in length except for home based classes as they will vary according to whats offered. 11. You must accept the CSI injury waiver and picture waiver in order to be a student of a CSI school. 12. Prices (unless pre-booked) are subject to change, as are the menu sets except for private booked classes.
