All Affiliates have a few basic commonalities:

 

1. All classes, unless promoted otherwise, are

“Hands On” teaching all the technique to cooking the respective dishes.

1. All Teachers are required to have taken a course from, Chef Lee, Thanaporn Boonloh B.B.A. or have other CSI accepted culinary arts accredited training.

2. They will follow approved CSI curriculum and recipes.

 

YOU can become a CSI Affiliate store front school or home base affiliate school.

Ma-Sa-Man’s Thai Cooking School BKK is CSIs’ first affiliate, full service store front, culinary arts school.

 

Www.CSIHB.com/PORTLAND, Cooking School in Portland Oregon is scheduled to become the first CSI affiliate school and the first USA CSI Home Based training centre Summer 2012. Portland is now accepting registration, only 4 students culinary students and two carving students per class.

 

Www.CSIHB.com/RedDeer, Cooking School in AB Canada is scheduled to become the first Canadian CSIHB affiliate school Spring 2012. The Red Deer school is now accepting registration, only 4 students culinary students and two carving students per class.
